The days are counting down to this year's trip! 11 to go!!!!
So this year there have been some changes. We have two teams going out to Tanzania this year. The infamous football tour is continuing (albeit with not quite a fullteam - but apparently those who are going count for about 2 men each - or so they claim!!) But we have the addition of a new mixed gender team who won't be playing football (phew) but will be doing lots of other exciting things instead. Plus rather than climbing some volcano (did your mothers never tell you not to do such things?!) we will be enjoying the delights of Zanzibar at the end of our trip (can you tell I'm a tad biased?!) However so far we are simply called the 'alternative' team so if you can come up with a better name PLEASE do.
So there will be guys and gals from Glasgow, Birmingham, Southampton and Nottingham this year. A right mixed bunch. And hopefully this site will give you a chance to catch some of the inside info and insight into our trip. Please also visit the links on the right (Glasgow navs have a website - bit impressive). I will also be asking, cajouling, or dragging the other folk kicking and screaming to blog too. So please keep checking.
